Privacy Policy
Effective: September 22, 2026
We respect your privacy. This policy explains how data is handled when you use local account workspaces, client records, and follow-up reminders.
1. Data handled
- Account names, groups, colors, client details, tags, follow-up records, and reminder preferences you enter.
- Local usage details, such as an account's open count and last-opened time.
- Cookies, cache, and website data created inside separate WebKit sessions.
- Your advanced-feature purchase status. Apple handles payments, transaction history, and Apple ID credentials. We never receive your payment card or Apple ID password.
2. Storage and transfer
Account, client, follow-up, tag, settings, and usage data stays on this device by default. We do not operate a server that uploads this business data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Data leaves the device only when you choose to export, back up, or share it.
3. Permissions
- Notifications: only for follow-up reminders you create.
- Face ID: only for a local app lock. iOS performs biometric matching; the app cannot read biometric data.
- Network: to open websites you select and to query or restore purchases through the App Store.
4. Third-party websites
Websites opened in separate sessions are operated by third parties. They may collect data under their own privacy policies. Review those policies before signing in or submitting information.
5. Your choices
You can edit or delete individual records and clear local data in Settings. Export a backup first if you need to retain it. Purchase status is cached in the system Keychain and can also be recovered through App Store purchase restoration.
6. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through app content or release notes.
